How Long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within three days of cleared payment unless otherwise specified. Arrival time for U.S. is estimated at 5-14 business days. Soft goods orders may take up to 4 weeks as they are made to order. Shipping to other countries varies on distance and customs. Shipping will take longer during holidays as there is a higher volume of packages being delivered through local shippers.

What is the Return Policy?
Customer satisfaction is a top priority. We will try our best to resolve any problems and hope to keep you happy. Due to the highly personal nature of custom orders there will be no refunds or exchanges on custom orders, except in case of defect.
If your order was
Defective:
Though each piece is made with care, perfection does not exist. If there is a problem with your order please contact Info@OhMiCreations.com (with a photo and description of defect) as soon as you receive it so we can discuss our next move and try to make it right for you. Defective items need to be returned back to us, items showing defect deemed to be the result of general wear and tear or neglect will not be regarded as defective and no refund or exchange will be allowed. Shipping is non refundable and buyer pays return shipping, if defective return shipping will be refunded.
Damaged in transit:
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit from me to you please contact me with photos as well as the postal carrier to file for the damaged items. Unfortunately, once it leaves my hands it is a bit out of my control but I will work with you to correct the problem. Shipping is refunded by the carrier after a claim has been filed.
Lost in transit:
Note: We are not responsible for any packages that get lost or stolen in the mail. Contact OhMi Creations and your local post office immediately if your item has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, we will work with you to correct the problem. Shipping is refunded by the carrier after a claim has been filed.
Note:We are not responsible for the loss of a package due to incorrect address details provided to us by the customer. We are not able to refund or resend an item if this is the case. It is important to us to get your package to you so please double check your listed address.
Buyers Remorse:
We are sorry if you did not love your order. Please read the descriptions carefully before placing your order and feel free to contact us with any questions. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase with a restocking fee of 25%. Shipping is non refundable and buyer pays return shipping.

How Should I Care for my New Creation?
Caring for your Organic Jewelry:
Do NOT use water to clean! Gently wipe with a soft jewelry or gemstone cloth. Jewelry and gemstones should ALWAYS be stored away from direct natural sunlight as it can cause the process of tarnishing to speed up and gemstones to fade. Some gemstones are water soluble so please try to avoid “soaking” any Creations. Some other things to avoid that will help prolong the life and beauty of your piece include:
Perfume, Hairspray
Skin Lotions
Salty Air
Chlorine
Cleaning Products

Hand wash Fused Glass to ensure the integrity of your new Art Glass Creation.

Will this Cure me?
No, nothing I make will replace medical treatment. If you wish to use in a supplementary manner that is up to you. Follow the advice of the qualified health care provider of your choosing.
